Do you need to transfer your account to a new or different device?
To transfer your account to a new device, download and start the game in the device you want to play, go to the Menu - Settings - Help and send an in-game ticket.
In the ticket, please write your in-game nick or player ID (which can be found in the bottom of the settings tab) and request a transfer.
We will transfer your account there and you will be able to play on your new device!
