Why i need a lot more blue stars (exp) to go to level 46?

For the moment with the latest version the maximum level is 45. You can still level up but with a lot of blue stars (experience) , 

We had to set that limit to make sure that any new content we will be adding will not create bugs, especially with the quests which are unlocked by level.
